We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the Smoky Mountains. The location was perfect, nestled in the woods away from the bustling city. The views of the mountains were breathtaking and added to the overall serenity of the place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions for local activities. Moreover, the service was top-notch, reflecting the southern hospitality that made us feel right at home. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and free toiletries, we lacked nothing. The hotel also had great facilities, including a bar/lounge area and an exercise gym. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our leisure time.
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the Smoky Mountains.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Best aspects include friendly staff, excellent views, and delicious breakfast and dinner. The hotel facilities were clean, and there was ample parking available.

Great stay! The view from our room was amazing. We got to wake up to the beautiful mountains every morning. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes and bacon. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. Plus, the location was perfect for our hiking trip.
The walls were thin and we could hear everything going on next door. , the bathroom was a bit cramped and could definitely use some updating.

The breakfast had a decent variety, especially when it came to pastries and fruit. the hotel's view of the mountains was breathtaking. Best aspects: the location was convenient and made it easy to walk around the area. the staff were kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was fantastic.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room's layout was awkward. the noise from the hallway was loud and made it difficult to sleep.
